founder’s message

KC Studio was built on a simple belief- architecture should serve people, and in doing so, create a lasting impression. My journey began with sketching, not as a way to draw buildings, but to understand space, light, and life. That instinct still defines our work today. We don’t begin with form. We begin with questions. 

As a female founder, I have always believed that architecture needs more empathy, more listening and a deeper connection to how people actually live. Every project is not just a design problem, it is a human one.

 

At KC Studio, we design spaces that belong to their context, their climate, and the people who inhabit them.

 

We are here to bring clarity, care and responsibility back into architecture. Thoughtful buildings come from understanding how they will be lived.

3Do you offer different pricing packages based on budget?
Yes. We offer different design packages depending on the client's requirements and budget, from more standard interior design options to premium and luxury interior design. The relevant package details are shared during the initial discussion.
4Are material costs included in your design fees?
No. Material costs are separate from our design fees. The final material cost depends on the products, finishes and specifications selected for your project.
5Can you work within a fixed budget?
Yes. We can work within a fixed budget, provided it is discussed at the beginning of the project. Having a clear budget from the start helps us make appropriate design and material choices.
6Do you provide a detailed cost estimate before starting?
We provide a ballpark figure along with the major cost-driving areas at the beginning. A detailed estimate can be prepared once the products and materials have been finalized.

1Are there any hidden charges I should be aware of?
No. We keep our fees and scope transparent from the beginning. We also do not accept commissions from vendors or contractors. Any such benefit is passed on to the client as an additional discount.
2What payment structure do you follow for projects?
We provide a complete fee structure document during the onboarding stage, so the payment terms and schedule are clear before the project begins.
3Do you offer discounts for larger projects?
No. Our pricing remains consistent regardless of project size, so every client receives the same level of design attention and service.
4Is there a minimum project size you accept?
Yes. We currently take up projects starting from 1,500 sq. ft.
5How does cost vary between residential and commercial projects?
Our design fee structure remains the same for residential architecture design and commercial architecture design projects. The overall project cost can still vary depending on the scope, scale and requirements.
6Can I get a rough cost estimate without a site visit?
No. We prefer to conduct a site visit first. Understanding the actual site and existing conditions allows us to provide an estimate that is more realistic and relevant to the project.
