PLUG-IN Housing Global Competition, 2019
KC Studio in partnership with FZAD Architects, New York
The Rotating Living Concept earned a Special Mention in an international competition for mixed-use residential and commercial design. Developed by KC Studio in collaboration with FZAD Architects, New York, the project proposed a dynamic rotating building for New York City under the Plug-in Housing competition. As sole architects for concept and design development, KC Studio introduced a forward-thinking idea where the structure adapts its orientation, enhancing light, views, and urban interaction, standing out for its innovation on a global stage.
