WARDA
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Warda Project represents a dynamic international collaboration where KC Studio partnered with FZAD Architects, a New York–based design firm, to reimagine the façade of a commercial complex. The project focused on developing a distinctive architectural identity that blends creativity with contextual sensitivity.
KC Studio’s role centred on conceptualizing the elevation through expressive hand sketches, shaping a façade that balances artistic expression with functional performance.
The design approach reflects the idea of “designing elevations that transcend borders,” where thoughtful form, rhythm, and materiality come together to create a visually compelling and responsive architectural statement.
